Dr. Sol Steiner is a seasoned biopharmaceutical leader with more than five decades of experience founding, scaling, and guiding innovative life-science companies. Throughout his career, he has served as CEO, Chairman, or senior executive across multiple venture-backed and publicly traded organizations, including Biodel Inc., Perosphere Inc., and Pharmaceutical Discovery Corporation.
Dr. Steiner co-founded Biodel Inc. in 2003 and served as Chairman, President, and CEO through its formative years. Under his leadership, Biodel advanced multiple metabolic-disease programs and championed the company through an IPO, establishing the company as a true biopharmaceutical enterprise.
He later served as CEO and Chairman of Perosphere Inc., where he helped advance novel therapeutics and platform technologies, and previously spent nearly a decade as CEO of Pharmaceutical Discovery Corporation, guiding the company’s R&D programs and strategic industry partnerships.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Dr. Steiner has led Steiner Ventures since 1990, providing executive guidance, operational expertise, and scientific insight to emerging biotechnology companies and healthcare innovators.
With his decades of experience building and guiding biopharmaceutical organizations—from early scientific development through IPO and commercialization—Dr. Steiner brings invaluable strategic and operational insight to ONNIX.
His leadership will help shape the company’s development strategy, strengthen its translational and clinical pathways, and support ONNIX as it advances toward first-in-human studies and market entry.

Jared Navarre is a high-IQ strategist and operational architect who has founded, scaled, and led numerous successful companies across healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, logistics, and creative sectors. With a verified IQ of 156 on the WAIS-IV, he is widely regarded as one of the most effective leaders and problem-solvers in business — known for bringing order to complexity and translating fragmented systems into aligned strategy, execution, and growth. Navarre is often brought in to lead high-stakes transitions and unlock stalled momentum at the leadership and board level.
He is the founder and CEO of Keyni, a consultancy that has advised over 250 companies — including Fortune 50 firms and mid-market operators — across technology, healthcare, infrastructure, and finance. His clients include Microsoft, Steris, Capital One, Reebok, Adobe, HCA Healthcare, and the City of Atlanta.
Navarre currently owns and operates ventures in real estate, logistics, and field services, including JPACK, Rock Solid Plumbing & Heating, VONA, and Potluck Lunch Records, and has held C-suite roles in over 15 companies. He sold his first IT firm at age 17 and has since built a reputation as a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams navigating high-stakes transitions.
